Welcome to Kyneo Integration. By using our integration service (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Please review these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

2.1 Account User: To access the Service, you need to have a agreement with Kyneo AB. Kyneo AB will setup the integration.

2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password, client IDs and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Service Access and Use

3.1 License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

3.2 Restrictions: You agree not to (a) modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Service; (b) disassemble, reverse engineer, or decompile the Service; (c) remove any proprietary notices from the Service; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or (e) infringe on our intellectual property rights.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Fees: Some parts of the Service may be subject to fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our website or through the Service.

4.2 Payment: All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable. We may change the fees for the Service at any time. We will provide notice of the change on our website or through the Service.

5.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your agreement at any time by following the instructions on the Service or by contacting us.

5.2 Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

5.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your agreement, you will lose all access to the Service and any data or content stored within your account. The provisions of these Terms that should by their nature survive termination will survive termination, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

6.1 Ownership: The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
